Roasted Cacao

Sustainably sourced from Belize, these roasted cacao beans are said to be chocolate alchemy, and the only non-raw ingredient in Frühling's original blend. The dry crunch gives way to a rich and earthy texture, with a flavor profile combining notes of dried fig, cherry, and smooth tobacco. The entire cacao fruit was used medicinally by the Mayan, Olmec, and Aztec civilizations for its high content of minerals and antioxidants.
